Resolve Disputes Online
Anne recently collaborated with Joe Al-Khayat, Aditya Shivkumar and the team from Resolve Disputes Online in support of their vision to empower courts, tribunals, mediators and arbitrators to provide greater access to justice for the communities they serve. She provided advice and guidance in the following areas:

Blockchain task force
As a member of IJIS Institute, Anne is leading a multi-disciplinary team including public and private sector organizations, to investigate distributed ledger technologies and their application for interagency records management. The team is focusing on developing a use case evaluation framework and early proof-of-concept research. Task force members include representatives from the National Center for State Courts, IBM, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Global Justice Solutions, Motorola, Analysts International, Search, and Emory University with program management support from IJIS.
IJIS COURTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Anne is currently serving as Co-Chair of the IJIS Courts Advisory Committee. The Committee contributes to the advancement of information sharing standards between courts and justice, law enforcement, corrections, health, and other stakeholders. Through this committee, IJIS Institute Member companies work to improve the level of understanding regarding the importance of standards and create awareness to industry and government on the technology challenges impacting all areas of courts and how vital court information can be shared with other entities. By offering expertise and advice on innovative technology solutions, and by encouraging national standards for information sharing in court technology, the IJIS Institute maintains its mission as the bridge between industry and government.
minnesota blockchain initiative
Anne is collaborating with the Minnesota Blockchain Initiative to support its vision to make Minnesota a world class blockchain hub. She is focusing on helping develop regulatory policy to foster innovation in distributed ledger technologies.
